Now, more than ever, we recognize how important quality and value are to our customers and end users. To help continue to meet our commitment to you, we are taking action to strengthen our financial position to navigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and become an even stronger partner going forward.

On June 01, 2020, Libbey and its U.S.-based subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions for a court-supervised reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

We deeply value our long-standing relationships with our business partners, and we are proud of our role in the communities where we operate. During this process, we are continuing to serve our customers globally while remaining focused on continuing to provide products that are environmentally sustainable, beautiful and durable – just as we’ve done for over 200 years.
